A CRC Membership and group fitness pass are required for registration for this class after the conclusion of Free Week.

This class is a flowing yoga practice. We will link breath and movement through a series of postures that will work your strength, endurance, and flexibility. Leave class ready to meet the day with energy and vitality!

Participants are asked to bring their own mat for this class.
