Campus Recreation offers the following advertising options to on campus departments, Campus Recreation affiliated organizations and external businesses and organizations.
Thank you for your interest in promoting your organization through our digital signage. Due to space limitations and the broad representation of student organizations affiliated with Georgia Tech Campus Recreation, we are currently unable to accommodate marketing requests from external student organizations. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

- Submit all requests at least one week (5 business days) of advance through the online request form.
- Digital advertisement submission graphics must be a PNG file formatted to the following sizes. Campus Recreation will not modify the image.
- Digital Screen (1920 x1080 pixels horizontal)
- Stamps Videboard (792 x 432 pixels horizontal)
- Aquatic Center Videboard (1024 x 480 pixels horizontal)
- Fitness Floor Screens (1920 x 1080 pixels horizontal)
- Provide two-week starting time request with Monday being the first day of the cycle
- Digital advertisement submission graphics must be a PNG file formatted to the following sizes. Campus Recreation will not modify the image.
- Upon completion of the form, you will be contacted by a Campus Recreation staff member when they process your request. If your advertisement is confirmed and fees apply, you will be directed by staff to pay the pertinent fees.
