Tech Wreck Summer Camp is a summer day camp for children rising 1st graders – rising 8th graders (approximately 6 years old to 13 years old) of full-time Georgia Tech students, faculty, and staff. This weekly camp is held at the Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center and is based on the following themes: challenge, recreation, and community. Incorporating recreation, fitness, and imagination, this camp will create a fun and fit summer for your children.
Camp runs from 7:45 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cost per week is $250 per child. We offer post care supervising for a cost of $20 per week. When registering, a $25 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit (per child, per week) will be required.
2023 Dates
Each day the children are provided with lunch and an afternoon snack. During each week children will participate in a variety of activities that range from organized games, arts and crafts, and free time.

Registration
2023 Cost: $250 per week per child
When registering, a $25 non-transferable deposit (per child, per week) will be required.
The registration process is as follows:
Priority Registration: Campers that attended Summer of 2022 will be given priority registration times listed below in advance of those that were not in attendance.
- For camp weeks 1 – 4, priority registration opens January 18, 2023 — 7 p.m.
- For camp weeks 5 – 8, registration opens January 19, 2023 — 7 p.m.
Open Registration: The remaining spots after priority registration will open for registration at the below times.

Children must be legally guarded by GT Faculty, Staff or Students to be eligible for camp.
Drop Off and Pick-Up Time
Drop Off Time: We will begin meeting campers starting at 7:45 a.m. each morning. Drop off will end promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Pick-Up Time: Pick-up will occur starting at 4:15 p.m. Please have your car number displayed so that we can verify pick up and your child. Pick-up will last until 5 p.m.
Late Drop Off: After 8:30 a.m. supervised drop-off is complete. Parents must then park and bring the child(ren) into the CRC. They should call the camp director to locate the rest of camp.
Early Pick Up: If parents wish to pick up their child(ren) before 4:15 p.m. they must contact one of the camp directors. For the safety of the children, counselors will not be permitted to release a child to a parent unless either of the camp directors have been contacted by the parent.
