Water Fit is a cardio based fitness class in the pool. It is low impact, but high energy. It will really help to condition the heart. The movements move vertically in the water and there is no swimming knowledge required. The class will be held in the shallow end of the pool. Water Fit uses the water as resistance to strengthen muscles and it is easy on the joints. It is not necessary to bring any equipment, however, if you want to challenge yourself during the workout, feel free to bring your own noodle, water hand webs, or foam water weights. This class is good for all fitness levels.
