For those that purchase the plane package, you are responsible for you transportation to and from the Atlanta airport. Trip chaperones will meet those who purchased the plane package at the gate inside the Atlanta airport. It is important to locate a chaperone to check in. Once in Denver, we will have a chartered bus to take us to the resort. The trip is roughly 3.5 hours from the airport, depending on weather. You will need to check with the Georgia Tech chaperones to find out where the bus will depart. Please collect your luggage and go directly to the bus. The bus will leave no later than one hour after the plane lands. These seats are initially reserved for those who purchase the plane package or added onto their registration.
