LOCKER RENEWAL DATES

To renew your locker, you can renew online at myCRC, or you may come in person or call (404-385-7529)
our Member Services desk during our operational hours.

DAY LOCKERS

Day lockers are also available and are located just inside the locker entrance for both men’s and women’s locker rooms. Members may bring their own lock or purchase a lock for $8.00 from the first floor vending machine or Member Services desk. Locks left on day lockers overnight will be cut off and a $5.00 charge will be assessed to retrieve your belongings.

POLICIES

EXPIRATION INFORMATION

• All semester rentals (Fall, Spring, Summer) expire at closing time on the Friday of finals week.
• Full Year rentals expire at closing time on the Friday of Finals week of the third semester.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• CRC is not responsible for personal items left unattended in the locker rooms.
• Renters will be sent an expiration reminder at least one week before the expiration date, however, it is the responsibility of the renter to keep track of locker expiration.
• Member will be held responsible for any damages to the interior of the locker during the rental period.
• Contents of the locker must be removed before the contract expiration date.
• Items left in the locker after expiration will be held for 30 days only, after which they will be disposed.
• A $5.00 fee applies to reclaim left items.
• Members should retain a copy of this agreement for their records.
• Prices are subject to change at the beginning of each semester.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for memberships and/or lockers will not be provided unless there is a
  medical exception.
  •  This includes lack of use or low frequency of use of Campus Recreation
    facilities, programs, or services as well as building closures including but not
    limited to campus closures, holidays, periods between semesters, or for
    maintenance.
  • Campus Recreation does not provide refunds for any member that has their
    membership privileges revoked/suspended due to Campus Recreation
    policy violations.
  • In the case that a patron has signed up for a membership that has the duration of 3
    or more months, and the patron has left Georgia Tech, and/or will be moving out of a
    50-mile radius. The patron must provide proof of moving or a job offer letter. In
    which case, a pro-rated refund will be extended to the patron.
