GEORGIA TECH FITNESS CHALLENGE

ARE YOU CRC FIT?

Compete in as many of these challenges as you’d like to–rowing, running, pull-ups, sit-ups, and push-ups. These are the same challenges that candidates for the U.S. Navy’s Seals program must complete. See where you measure up.  You must compete in at least 3 challenges to earn a t-shirt.  You must compete in all five to be eligible for the top prizes.

* This year scores were calculated using the mean and standard deviation to standardize individual results within each of the five activities. We feel that this method more accurately represents every individual’s performance by comparing competitors to each other rather than an arbitrary standard. We also feel that this method required the top finishers, who completed all five activities, to excel at multiple activities instead of just one.
