MICHAEL

Michael is not just a fitness professional, but also a multi-sport athlete (basketball, track, football, soccer). He knows what it takes to get you to the next level of your fitness or athletic goals/journey. Using that science, along with his work ethic from sports, and determination from being undersized, Michael has helped the youth up to mature adults, has trained private sessions, group fitness, and everything in between. He has also taught S.A.Q., designed cardiovascular programs, along with having done metabolic testing.

WILL
