RENTALS & RESERVATIONS
The Campus Recreation Center (CRC) offers a variety of rental options to fit all of your recreation needs. On this page you will find all the services, including equipment checkout, available for both members and non-members of the CRC.
FACILITY RENTAL REQUEST
Please note, all student organizations are only permitted a 1.5 hour block maximum per day and 2 blocks maximum per week per student organization.
Internal Request
Georgia Tech students, faculty/staff and affiliates, please log in with your GT credentials to view availability and request space through the Georgia Tech Campus Reservation System.
External Request
For all non-Georgia Tech external space requests, please complete the Reservation Request Form and a staff member will contact you.

- 4th Floor Gym Court Reservations: If you would like to request to reserve the 4th floor gym court(s), please contact us at reservations@crc.gatech.edu.
- All Facilities and Aquatics requests must be made 21 calendar days prior to the proposed event date to be considered for approval.
- Anyone can reserve Campus Recreation Complex (CRC) space; however, priority is given to students, faculty, and organizations approved by Georgia Tech.
- Requests are received and approved on a first-come, first-serve basis after Campus Recreation programming needs are filled.
