FITNESS CLASSES
Group Fitness offers an opportunity to learn life-long skills, increase fitness levels, and just have fun! We offer approximately 30 non-credit classes spanning from yoga to Zumba and much more. Our mission is to provide the Georgia Tech community with opportunities to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle that will last well into the future.
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Drop-in group fitness classes are non-credit and focus on conditioning, strengthening and toning the body through various degrees of intensity. Classes include indoor cycling, Flow yoga, and much more. A fitness membership is required in addition to your CRC membership to participate in the classes.
- Free Week Schedule- January 6-12, All group fitness classes are free during the first week of classes!
- Spring Group Fitness schedule – Runs January 6 – April
- Registration is highly recommended for classes and can be completed 7 days prior to each class by visiting the MyCRC registration site. Click class name for direct link to registration.
- Class space limited. Those who pre-register will be given first priority in a full class. Reservations are not guaranteed to those who arrive late. Walk ups will be granted access once class starts.
- If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, please revisit your MyCRC account and cancel your spot to free up a space for another participant.
- Class formats and locations subject to change. Please visit MyCRC for the most up to date schedule.
A Spring semester group fitness pass is only a one time fee of $49 for full access to the drop in schedule all semester long!

SPECIAL PROGRAM REQUESTS
Everyone can benefit from attending a fitness class, but we understand that sometimes, fitness sessions need to be brought to your space! By offering a group fitness class at your next function or as a “well-being break” for your department, your group will reap the rewards of reduced stress, increased appreciation for your organization, and increased morale. Let a CRC fitness instructor add that something extra to your next program, event, or well-being break.
Cost: $50/hour
Student groups are eligible for complimentary first-time use. Campus departments receive a 25% first-time use discount.

CLASS TYPE LEGEND
Combo – Various exercises designed to combine elements of cardio, strength and mind-body conditioning.
Cardio – Physical exercise of low to high intensity that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for a prolonged period of time.
Strength – Solid foundation of exercises that work each part of your body building muscle and physical endurance
Mind/Body – A form of exercise that combines body movement, mental focus, and controlled breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health.
*Participation in classes requires a CRC and Group Fitness Membership. Preregistration for fitness classes is encouraged, as space is limited. Click on Register link in table (Purchase on MYCRC) to register.
*For safety, no one will be admitted into any Fitness class after the first 10 minutes (5 minutes for 30-minute class)–NO EXCEPTIONS.
*No classes Jan. 20 and March 15 – 23
*Instructors, class formats and class locations subject to change.
*Classes may be cancelled due to low attendance.
*Classes are non-refundable or transferable.
