Introducing our Small Group Training Program for faculty and staff! This dynamic initiative focuses on fostering exercise accountability and enhancing nutrition intake. Join us to boost your well-being, strengthen your resolve, and transform your health with the support of your workplace community!
BEWELL
BeWell 101: This Georgia Tech Employee Wellness program will encompass exercise, nutrition, and well-being to help you finally reach your fitness goals! Small Group Training classes will meet two-three times a week, and you will also have a bi-weekly meeting with a Registered Dietitian to help with your nutrition goals! Learn to complete workouts specific to your level of fitness, while adding tools to make you successful on this journey. Take this Spring to finally accomplish your goals whether it be strength gains, weight loss, or increasing your overall health. Participation is open to all Georgia Tech faculty and staff members.
BeWell 201: Must have participated in BeWell 101. This class is designed to improve upon the habits built in BeWell 101 and keep consistency in your fitness and nutrition goals!
Cost: $125
A virtual informational will be held on April 7th from 12:00-1:00 pm if you want to gain more information prior to filling out the application.
If you are interested in participating in BeWell, please complete this application form. Applications open on April 1st and close April 25th space is limited! Those selected to participate in the Summer 2025 will be notified on April 28th and provided with registration links.
Consistent participation is extremely important to your success in this program. We ask that all participants miss no more than 3 total meetings (both nutrition and small group training classes) over the course of the Summer to see the best possible results. Please review your Summer schedule prior to applying to the program. Additional courses will be offered in the Fall if your Summer schedule does not allow you to participate at this time or if the class fills.

*The third day is optional for all participants. However, it is highly encouraged to find one of those times that work best for you! Please look below to see the benefits of exercising 3 days per week instead of 2.
BeWell 101
- Monday/Wednesday from 4:00-5:00 pm with required bi-weekly nutrition meetings
- Tuesday/Thursday from 4:00-5:00 pm with required bi-weekly nutrition meetings
- Monday/Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 pm with required bi-weekly nutrition meetings
BeWell 201
- Tuesday/Thursday from 6:00-7:00 am with required bi-weekly nutrition meetings
- Tuesday/Thursday from 5:30-6:30 pm with required bi-weekly nutrition meetings
Nutrition Meeting (for all sections) Thursdays bi-weekly from 12:00-1:00 pm
Location for all classes: Studio B
*No class May 26th, June 19th, July 3-4
BeWell Refund Policy:
Full refunds are available prior to the first day of the program or if the program is canceled by Campus Recreation staff. No refunds are provided
after the first day of the program unless there is a medical exception.
