VIDEOGRAPHY & PHOTOGRAPHY
Georgia Institute of Technology is a diverse and unique campus located in midtown Atlanta. Georgia Tech’s campus has been featured in many movies, documentaries, TV series and still photography photos.
Let's Get Started!
Step 1: Submit a Scout Request Form. Someone from our film department will review your request as soon as possible. We attempt to respond to all requests within two business days. Please be as thorough as possible when completing the Scout Request Form.
Step 2: We will contact you to schedule your scout visit. Non-GT persons or companies who are not currently contracted design or construction vendors are required to pay a non-refundable scout fee of $100. The link for this payment will be emailed to you once your scout visit is scheduled and payment must be received prior to conducting the scout visit.
Step 3: Review our Film Logistics Checklist and prepare to gather the requested documentation.
Step 4: Once you have received written notification that your desired dates are available, prepare your application package and submit to our Film Logistics Department.
Please note that small productions require a minimum of 10 business days to reach final approval. Major motion pictures, television episodes, and some advertising commercials require approximately six weeks for approval. The Assistant Director of Film Logistics will determine the lead time requirements on a case-by-case basis within these parameters.
