Deposits & Payment
Ground Package: When registering for the Ground Package, a deposit can be paid initially ($500). This will secure your spot. The balance is due before the deadline.
Plane Package: When registering for the Plane Package, a deposit can be paid initially ($975). This will secure your spot. The balance is due before the deadline.
Registration for rentals, lessons, or the extra-day lift ticket can be paid separately, but must be done before the deadline.
Registration & Refund Deadlines
August 1: Registration open
September 1: $100 non-refundable amount applied to packages
October 7: Last day to register for Plane Package. Refund deadline for plane ticket.
November 1: Refund deadline for ground package.
November 14: Last day to register for Ground Package. Deadline for accessories (rentals, lesson, etc.). All balances due.
Optional Lift Ticket
The ground and plane packages both include a 4-day lift ticket. A 5th-day ticket is available for $58 and must be purchased prior to the trip. The deadline is November 15, 2022.
Accommodations/Maximum Occupancy
We will all be staying at the Steamboat Grand. These appealing units have spacious floor plans and close to Mountain Village amenities. The guest-rooms are beautifully decorated and include Free WiFi, Full Kitchens, Living, Dining Areas, Balconies, Fireplaces, and Laundry. It also provides an outdoor (heated) pool with hot tubs, fitness center, and a spa.
This trip is based on Maximum Occupancy. For example, an 8-person condo has two bedrooms with two queen beds, a bedroom with a king bed, and a pull-out couch that sleeps two. There is a 99.9% chance you will have to share a room/bed unless you’re able to purchase an open bed. The trip leader will work with each group in an attempt to secure the most appropriate room for them. Roommate preferences are strongly encouraged.
IKON Pass Holders
For those who have purchased the IKON Pass, there is a $180 reduction in price on each package. The updated Ground Package price will be $700 and the updated Plane Package price will be $1,770. Procedurally, once full payment has been made on your chosen package, you will need to email the trip director your specific IKON Pass number so he can submit it to the resort. When both payment and Pass information is received, you will receive a $180 credit on your package purchase.
