POUND is a 45 minute class that balances focused, high-intensity movements with restorative movement. Quick, efficient and challenging, this workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote healthy and fitness of the whole person- mental, physical, and emotional. POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experience unlike anything you have ever experienced in group fitness classes.

No classes on January 15, March 7-10, or March 18-24.
