All appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session by contacting your trainer. Please discuss with your trainer which method of communication is preferred (ie. cell phone, text, email)
Payment must be made in advance, and proof of payment for the session(s) must be shown to the trainer prior to the beginning of your initial meeting/assessment.
All training sessions are one hour in length.
Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing during your training session(s) (i.e. t-shirt, shorts, sweats, white socks, and tennis shoes). You will not be able to train if you do not meet this clothing requirement. This goes for the initial assessment as well as training sessions.
You are required to notify your trainer of any health changes.
