The GIT FIT Program (Georgia Institute of Technology Fitness Program) offers an opportunity to learn life-long skills, increase fitness levels, and just have fun! We offer over 80 non-credit classes spanning from martial arts to golf to personal training and much more. Our mission is to provide the Georgia Tech community with opportunities to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle that will last well into the future. In addition to classes, GIT FIT also provides personal training, massage therapy, as well as seminars and special events throughout the year focused on health education and wellness.

The purpose of this program is to instruct beginning, intermediate, and advanced exercisers the proper techniques and habits in order to reach their desired fitness goals.

The fitness program that dares you to meet all of your goals. Is your goal to lose weight? Build muscle? Just do a pull up? Then this is the program for you! This program includes Personal Training, a TRX class, a Kettlebell class, Ripped Extreme, seminars and more!

Run Into Summer

Boot Camp

If you are looking for a way to kick start your physical activity for this summer, the Campus Recreation Center is offering a "Run Into Summer" program to help! Whether you are conditioning for an upcoming 5k or looking to stay active before summer classes begin, this two week program offers a wide variety of benefits. GIT FIT classes offered over the course of the schedule include 10k Training, Spin, Tread Fit, and Boot Camp. Two week passes are available to purchase at the Member Services desk. Run into summer with the CRC!
