GIT FIT Classes

The GIT FIT Program (Georgia Institute of Technology Fitness Program) offers an opportunity to learn life-long skills, increase fitness levels, and just have fun! We offer over 80 non-credit classes spanning from martial arts to golf to personal training and much more. Our mission is to provide the Georgia Tech community with opportunities to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle that will last well into the future.

All of our drop-in classes are non-credit and focus on conditioning, strengthening and toning the body through various degrees on intensity. Classes include indoor cycling, step, power yoga, and much more.
