Group Fitness

Group Fitness offers an opportunity to learn life-long skills, increase fitness levels, and just have fun! We offer over 80 non-credit classes spanning from martial arts to golf to personal training and much more. Our mission is to provide the Georgia Tech community with opportunities to begin or continue a healthy lifestyle that will last well into the future.

Fitness Class Preview Week

Try any fitness class for FREE all week long during preview week! Patrons are invited to enjoy as many fitness classes as they would like during this period.

  • Preview Week runs August 20th - 25th​

*You will be required to sign a waiver before the class. 

Drop-in Group Fitness Classes

Drop-in group fitness classes are non-credit and focus on conditioning, strengthening and toning the body through various degrees on intensity. Classes include indoor cycling, step, power yoga, and much more. A fitness membership is required in addition to your CRC membership to participate in the classes. 

Instructional Courses

Instructional courses provide progressive instruction on a topic of your interest. Some classes include krav maga, express fit, and restorative yoga. Prices vary by course.
